JAMMU & KASHMIR Clashes during CASO in South Kashmir’s Kulgam village | KNO REPRESENTATION PHOTO Published 270 weeks ago on March 12, 2019 By KashmirNewsObserver Kulgam, March 12 (KNO) : Massive clashes erupted between government forces and youth during a cordon and search operation (CASO) in Budroo area of Yaripora in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district. Reports Reaching KNO said that hundreds of youth hit the streets when the ‘CASO’ was launched by government forces in the area. They said that youths threw stones on troops amid intense pro-Freedom sloganeering, the forces respond them with teargas shelling. After receiving specific inputs of the presence of the militants in the area, joint forces cordoned off the area and start searches, sources said.
